We collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. This data will be used for making a quotation or for processing your booking. This personally identifiable information (including name, address, phone number, date of birth, nationality, email address, number of ID card or drivers licence and travel dates).
How we store data
The system in which we store your personal information is called “Julia” by Easybooking (Zadego GmbH). They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. The online platform Julia allows us to sell our products and services to you. We will store your information as long as needed to provide you with the services you require or for important services like maintaining an excellent financial bookkeeping.
How do we use your personal information
When you conduct a booking with us, your information will be forwarded to the municipally Ramsau am Dachstein for registration of the tourist tax. This data is striped of any personally identifiable information.
For our summer guests; your data, will be forwarded to Feratel (Feratel Media Technologies AG) for obtaining a summer card. How we use Google Analytics
Haus Bernhard uses cookies and functionalities to read out data. For this we have signed a greement with Google. No data is shared; this functionality has been disabled. Furthermore, we do not use other Google services in combination with the Google Analytics cookies.
With this information we cannot trace the visit to a PC or individual. The last octet of the IP address has been masked. The functionality does not collect personal data via the cookies and does not use the collected information for purposes other than those described above. Certainly not for commercial purposes.
