A winter holiday in Ramsau am Dachstein is very versatile, besides ‘just’ skiing there is so much more to do! The beautiful landscape, situated on the mighty Dachstein glacier is unique, there is a sunny, south-facing high plateau that makes cross-country skiing, hiking, horse riding in the snow or tours on a fat bike or romantic horse sleigh possible. And, of course, do not forget to take a break and enjoy typical Austrian meals on a terrace in the sun at a beautiful alpine hut. Haus Bernhard is beautifully situated amidst the blue slopes, hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks.
Alpine skiers can indulge themselves in the largest ski area of Austria, one of the largest in Europe. Ski Amadé consists of 5 regions, of which Schladming-Dachstein is the largest.
